Individual sessions are the space and time you choose to devote to your emotions and mind patterns.

I am the person you can fully open up to and unwind with. You can alk without any fear of judgment, laugh, be angry, cry, laugh while crying, and we will find better ways of dealing with your challenges.

The sessions have many forms. We will explore tools and different practices and adapt to your needs and mood.

Being fully present with someone, rather than applying labels and prescribing solutions takes courage, self-knowledge, and experience. It took many years of practice, over a decade of academic work, and other specializations for me to offer this space. I believe someone can only reach you with the same depth they have reached within themselves.
